Professional Biography
Charles Odida Awuor is a results-oriented Sales Network Marketing Team Leader with over 40 years of experience in administration, education, and community development. He mentors new sales personnel in network marketing techniques for optimum results and develops well-structured sales and marketing strategies for excellence, results, and high revenue growth.
An educator by training with a Diploma in Education and Advanced Diploma in Special and Inclusive Education (Israel), Charles served as a classroom teacher, Deputy Head teacher, and Head teacher for 40 years (1979-2019). He also served as Chairman of Kenya Primary Headteachers Association (KEPSHA) from zonal to national level.
Charles is a Certified SIYB (Start and Improve Your Business) Trainer from ILO, a Professional Mediator certified by TDI, and a Connectology graduate from MIPAD USA. He coordinates community engagement programs and stakeholder relations for Dahlem Agro, and is an active member of Rotary Club Kisumu, where he served as President (2014-2015) and Assistant Governor (2016-2017).
