Professional Biography
Willis brings over 20 years of experience in Climate-Smart Agriculture and agribusiness management. He specialises in developing market linkages for smallholder farmers, cooperative formation, and agribusiness value chain development across Western Kenya.
He has been instrumental in Dahlem Agro's AgriFI Climate Smart Agriculture projects, including beans production training, certified seed distribution, and market linkage programs covering maize, beans, sweet potatoes, vegetables, and other food crops in Kakamega, Siaya, and Bungoma Counties.
